Financial responsibility
Corporate operations must grow and be financially profitable so that the company can attend to its personnel and to its payments to the society and its partners as agreed and develop its operations further and achieve sustainable growth. A company must also bear its responsibility for the stockholders´ investments by paying compensation for them in the form of dividends.

Lindström Group monitors the financial results in four central factors:

  • Turnover and growth
  • Profitability
  • Solvency and
  • Liquidity

Social responsibility
Personnel policy is based on two Lindström values, responsibility on the one hand and enthusiasm and the joy of learning on the other. Lindström seeks to be the best in its own sector, and this requires constant development and training of staff and maintenance of their physical and mental well-being.

Environmental responsibility
Lindström´s environmental responsibility is a part of its quality policy. For over a decade, Lindström has invested in the improvement of quality. Environmental issues have been part of the corporate development programme and responsible operations.

Certified services
The Lindström Group has emphasized the importance of quality and environment for many years. The first ISO 9001 quality certificate was granted the Finnish mother company in 1997 and the ISO 14001 environmental certificates in 1998. From year 2004 the certificate EN 14065 has been granted to the Lindström laundries´ hygiene system.

Lindström´s all subsidiaries have functioned according to the same principles directly after they have been founded. The operations have been overseen through continuous internal audits.
